Departure preparation tool for flight crew
Open the app, enter your departure (T/O) time, and OnTime Crew automatically calculates all key moments — wake-up, leave home, sign-in, and board prep. Tap "Set Reminders" to receive notifications at each node.
Go to iOS Settings → Notifications → OnTime Crew, and make sure "Allow Notifications" is enabled. Also check that Focus / Do Not Disturb is not blocking the app. OnTime Crew uses time-sensitive notifications, so they can break through most Focus modes.
Free includes one departure profile, core timeline calculation, basic reminders, and a lock screen widget. Pro adds multiple templates, bedtime confirm, repeat reminders, a bedtime checklist, and evening confirm. All new users get a 30-day free trial of Pro.
Tap the upgrade banner or profile card in the app, choose Monthly or Annual, and follow the App Store prompt. A 30-day free trial starts immediately — you won't be charged until the trial ends.
Open iOS Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → OnTime Crew → Cancel Subscription. You can also manage it at apple.com/account/subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
No. The 30-day trial is completely free. You can cancel anytime before the trial ends and you will not be charged. If you don't cancel, the subscription auto-renews at the selected plan price.
No. All data — departure times, settings, templates — is stored entirely on your device. Nothing is transmitted to any server. Your data never leaves your phone.
OnTime Crew is currently available on iOS (17.0+). Android support is planned for a future release.
