OnTime Crew — Effective Date: August 18, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using OnTime Crew ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

OnTime Crew is a departure preparation tool for airline crew members. It calculates key moments (wake-up, leave home, sign-in, board prep) from a user-entered departure time and provides local notifications as reminders.

3. Disclaimer

OnTime Crew is a planning and reminder tool. It is not a substitute for professional judgment. The app calculates time estimates based on user-configured durations. Actual commute times, airport procedures, and personal preparation needs may vary. Users are solely responsible for arriving at their departure on time.

4. Subscriptions

The App offers a free tier and a Pro subscription tier. Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store. Subscription terms, pricing, and free trial conditions are displayed in the App and governed by Apple's terms.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
• Free trial converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and content, is owned by SoloLab Studio and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoloLab Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
