OnTime Crew does not collect any personal information. The app does not require account creation, login, or any personally identifiable information.

The app processes the following data entirely on your device:

• Departure times you enter
• Duration settings (preparation, transit, briefing, board prep)
• Template profiles you create
• Notification preferences
• Theme and display settings

2. How Your Data Is Used

All data is processed locally on your device to:

• Calculate your departure timeline
• Schedule local notifications and alarms
• Display lock screen widget information
• Save your preferences and templates

No data is transmitted to any server, cloud service, or third party.

3. Data Storage

All data is stored locally using iOS device storage (Hive database). Data remains on your device until you delete the app. Uninstalling the app removes all stored data.

4. Notifications and Alarms

OnTime Crew uses local notifications and AlarmKit to deliver reminders. These are processed entirely on-device. No notification data is sent to external servers.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

In-app subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store. Apple handles payment processing and subscription management. We do not have access to your payment information. Subscription status is stored locally on your device.

6. Third-Party Services

OnTime Crew does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

7. Children's Privacy

OnTime Crew does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. The app is designed for adult aviation professionals.
