Open the Quick Record tab, pick a client, set the duration and rate, and make sure "Billable" is on. The amount is calculated automatically — just add a fee type or note and tap Save.

The app multiplies the billable time by the rate, applying the billing unit (hourly or per-minute) and rounding rule (exact, up to 6 minutes, or up to 15 minutes) configured for the client or as your default.

The Dashboard shows this month's captured revenue, today's and this week's totals (grouped per currency), your active clients, and your five most recent records.

Free includes 20 records per month and up to 3 clients. Pro adds up to 200 records per month, 50 clients, CSV/PDF export, and more. Premium offers unlimited records and clients plus all Pro features. Plans are billed through the App Store.

Go to Settings → Export Records, choose a time range and client, then export as CSV or PDF. You can also select multiple records in the Records tab and share them as a batch CSV.

Yes. When adding a client, choose to import from your contacts — the name and phone number are copied to your device only and never uploaded.

Open iOS Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → FeeCapture → Cancel Subscription. You can also manage it at apple.com/account/subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

No. All data — clients, call records, billing, and settings — is stored entirely on your device. Nothing is transmitted to any server. Your data never leaves your phone.

FeeCapture is currently available on iOS (17.0+). Android support is planned for a future release.
