Terms of Use

FeeCapture — Effective Date: September 4, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using FeeCapture ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. These terms supplement Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA), which also applies to the App. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

FeeCapture is a billable time and fee tracking tool for professionals such as lawyers, tax advisors, management consultants, recruiters, and independent advisors. It lets you quickly record billable time after a call, see the revenue you capture, and export your records. All data is stored locally on your device.

3. Disclaimer

FeeCapture is a record-keeping and calculation tool. It is not a substitute for professional judgment. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, for billing decisions, and for backing up your device. We cannot recover data lost when the App or your device is reset or deleted.

4. Subscriptions

The App offers a free tier and optional paid subscription plans. Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store. Prices, plans, and availability may change.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
• Subscription management and refunds are handled by Apple

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and content, is owned by SoloLab Studio and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoloLab Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
